One of the elements that is so typical for AZUB trikes is the red anodizing of selected parts. Especially with the Ti-FLY model, these are distinctive elements in the form of sub-frames for titanium leaf springs, or their attachment on the side of the wheels. Also the lever of the folding mechanism or the rear replaceable drop-outs on trikes with a 26″ rear wheel, are red. And then all the quick-releases as well.
However, red does not go well with some colors, especially if you style the color of the bike in our ColorShop. In short, it may happen that the red is somehow “too much”. In the same way, even with an all-black matte paintwork, the red anodizing may look inappropriate to some.
That is why, at the request of you, our customers, we have decided to expand the possibilities of individualizing our bikes and to include black anodizing in the offer, which you can already order for all variants of the Ti-FLY model. For an extra charge of 190 EUR/USD, you get all the parts that would otherwise be red anodized, black anodized. The quick releases will also be black, as will the tips and nipples.
The red AZUB Signature Anodizing is still free of charge and looks perfect in our opinion.
