Thank you for an AWESOME trike!
I am the rider of a neon green shiny Ti-Fly X that you guys recently built back in late September and early October (if I remember the time frame correctly), that was customized for a super short adult rider who stands 4′ 11″. I think my X-seam came to 30-35 or so inches. You had to cut the boom extra short, and I’m not sure, but the frame may also be slightly shorter. Anyway, the trike finally arrived to me through Utah Trikes in the USA and I just wanted to thank you guys for a beautiful trike and for being willing to modify it for me. No major bicycle brand (Specialized, Giant, Schwinn, etc) would have ever done that. It is a stunning work of art and very well-built. And I love how bright the neon green is. I look forward to many years of fun with it. Please never stop making the Ti-Fly X, it’s a fantastic model.

I am definitely an Azub fan for life now, having seen your company’s excellent craftsmanship and because your people were willing to shorten the frame to fit me even though I did not ask for it. I was fully expecting to have to make my own adaptations to be able to ride, so it was a surprise when Utah Trikes informed me that your people were going to shorten the frame to fit me. Wow! Such a little thing, but it meant a lot to me. I will ride this trike until it dies, and then order another one from Azub. I bought my Ti-Fly X without ever before having seen a trike in person. I was not disappointed! I absolutely love my trike! ❤️
