The most important member of a company is neither the owner, nor the sales person or the mechanic. The heart of the whole company is everybody, the whole team. And the team must work as one man. We humans sometimes suffer from aches and pains here and there and now and again, something rubs the wrong way in our bodies or minds. Our AZUB team also occasionally grapples with minor disputes, but overall, things are running pretty smoothly.
