He is riding our AZUB MAX 700 from San Francisco, CA to Memphis, TN in the USA right now and this is an interview we have done with him in May 2019 about his plans and also about his recumbent and non-recumbent history. We mostly read about young single adventurers or traveling couples who are in their twenties or thirties, but there are quite some people touring on bikes in age being double-digit and starting with 6 or even 7. Daniel and Frederique Tuppin are one of them. They are on their journey from Japan to France right now and stopped in AZUB for maintenance of the AZUB SIXes which they love. Read their story.

Sylvain, 53 years old, I have lived in Corsica since 2008 and I appreciate the outdoor activities. I cycled a lot in my youth and I decided to go back to cycling in 2016. It was while doing research on the internet on bicycle trips then I discovered the “recumbent bike”. I bought an Azub Bufo at the end of 2016 and Kyrgyzstan is my third trip with this bike, after 2 stays of one month, each in Morocco.
