Titanium leaf spring welding

Do you wonder how the titanium leaf springs are welded, or better to say how the pivots are welded to it. Here is a photo from production. It is not so easy, it requires using a specific tool and even the shielding gas has to lead directly to the place where the welder is doing his great job. As you can see, we focus on the highest possible quality and we did maximum to master this most complicated part of using new material in our production.
