Honza’s Guide to Essential Equipment for Recumbent Travels

At Cycle-Con in the USA, our marketing guru, Honza Galla, gave a talk on recumbent travel equipment. Gary Solomon’s team recorded the speech, which can be found today on the Laidback Bike Report YouTube channel.

Honza has tremendous experience with recumbent travel. Most of his trips have been with his wife, Eliska, but he has also done a few with friends. Over the years they have visited countries like Albania and Kosovo, had a bad crash in Romania with Eliska, ridden through Ukraine to the then Ukrainian peninsula of Crimea, reached mountain saddles in the Indian Himalayas, etc. Honza has done an off-road trip through the Negev desert in Israel, or participated in the first edition of the Sun Trip solar bike race.
