You may have many reasons to have us build you a frame-only set. Maybe you want to build your recumbent bike with your own hands. Maybe you have a bunch of quality components and would like to use them. Maybe you want to use components that we don’t even offer.

It’s true that we can solve the last two reasons here under an EPIC level of builds, but it’s still a compelling reason.

Below you will find the prices of each frame set and an overview of what each frame set contains, as well as an explanation of how to order it.

Frame sets of our two-wheelers include:

• Basic front fork
• Over seat steering
• Basic rear shock
• Seat
• Ventisit seat pad
• Chain tubes and pulley(s) if appropriate
• Ready for hubs with quick releases (100 + 135mm)

   

Frame sets of our trikes include:

• Seat frame
• Basic mesh seat
• Front disc hubs + axles
• No rear hub
• Chain tubes and pulley(s) if appropriate

TRIcons and Ti-FLYs with 26” rear wheel:

• 157 mm drop outs with Syntace axle
• 135 mm drop outs optional without any surcharge
• No rear hub

Other trikes:

• Ready for 135 mm quick release rear hubs

How to order

The procedure for ordering a frameset is very close to the procedure for ordering a complete cycle, which you can read more about here. Like the complete bike, the frameset can be ordered in different colours, with different options and accessories, and we also need to know your height and weight. That’s why we need a little bit of your ingenuity, imagination and cooperation today, because there is currently no frame set only configurator.

Let’s say you want to order a Ti-FLY X frameset. So visit our configurator, choose the Ti-FLY X model, leave the options that are irrelevant in the basic specification (which means you skip them) and start choosing only in the relevant categories like colour, front suspension option, whether you want a folding mechanism or not, etc. And of course all the accessories. If you add the additional surcharges to the price of the frameset, you will also get the final price of the complete order. However, this will be confirmed by your dealer or our sales guys.

If you want to order a frameset, just send the configuration number with the filled-in height and weight to your recumbent bike dealer and they will arrange everything. The delivery time will roughly match the delivery time of our complete bikes. Shipping within the EU is included in the price. Shipping and duty to the USA is included in the price.
