The SIX adapts to your life. Whether you're rushing through the city, heading out for a relaxed weekend ride, or setting off on a multi-day tour, this recumbent delivers. Its comfortable riding position supports you mile after mile, while you can choose between ultra-comfortable under seat steering (USS) for relaxed handling or over seat steering (OSS) for a more compact setup with your modern gadgets always in view.
Maximum Cargo
With a full set of racks, the SIX can carry up to three pairs of side bags, giving you exceptional storage for long-distance touring. The load is positioned close to the centre of gravity, significantly improving ride stability.
All-Day Comfort
The pedals sit slightly below the seat base for a more relaxed riding position focused on comfort over sport. The seat height makes stopping and getting on or off easy and confident.
Full Suspension
Rear suspension is key to comfort on recumbents, but with a 20" front wheel, front suspension adds extra comfort and control. That’s why the SIX comes equipped with full suspension as standard.

After riding an upright bike solo from Slovenia to China, Maria Kozin chose the SIX (at that time an evolution called 5) for her journey back. Learning to ride a recumbent in Beijing’s busy streets, she covered 17,000 km (10,560 miles) home—proving the SIX’s comfort, reliability, and touring capability.

Extreme bike traveler Rich Haket has spent decades exploring the world—much of it on his AZUB SIX “Gemini.” Along with time on other AZUB models, he has covered over 300,000 km (186,000 miles).
Sun Trip 2024 Winner
Jack Butler won the Sun Trip 2024: Destination Sahara on an AZUB SIX—a 7,000 km (4,350 miles) solar-powered race from France to Morocco and back—in just 23 days and 2 hours. He even beat the previous champion riding a highly efficient velomobile.

The SIX follows the classic European setup with a 20" (51 cm) front and 26" (66 cm) rear wheel—the same concept Aleš used when founding AZUB. What began as early models like the 2000, 2001 and 2002 evolved into the AZUB 3, 4 and 5, each bringing new ideas and refinements. Today’s SIX represents the result of that continuous development—refined over decades into an adult, proven recumbent.
