Engineered for Grip
Traction is the key to any true off-road trike, and it comes from weight over the rear wheel. To maximize it, the center of gravity and seat position must move as close to the rear axle as possible. Our super short rear fork does exactly that, delivering exceptional grip where it matters most.
Proof Through Extreme Use
Frozen Baikal Lake
The first FAT was created for a serious expedition by our friend and renowned Czech adventurer Honza Žďánský. He set out to cross the frozen Lake Baikal in Siberia, and although he did not succeed, his solo unsupported journey proved that the fat tire trike concept is both valid and truly capable.

The desert crossings
Possibly the most extreme recumbent traveler out there, Nicola Chiacchio is driven by one ultimate goal: crossing deserts. During his first FAT trike journey, he was even taken hostage in Africa, later riding through countries like Iraq and Afghanistan. Now on a mission to ride around the world for peace, he has already crossed Russia, Mongolia, China, and beyond, with plans to tackle Australian outback. His closest companion? The AZUB FAT and an Aidoo trailer.
